AMP publishes 2024 Sustainability Report
Despite a 3% increase in sales volume growth, AMP made measurable strides across all core sustainability pillars—Emissions, Ecology and Social—demonstrating that growth and sustainability can go hand-in-hand.
Key 2024 Environmental Highlights:

Renewable Electricity: Increased global renewable electricity coverage to 30%, with strong regional progress (
Europe : 46%,South America : 43%). - GHG Emissions:

Scope 1 & 2: 10% emissions reduction versus 2023; 18% emissions intensity reduction versus 2020 baseline.

Scope 3: Achieved a 25% reduction from 2020 baseline, surpassing the 2030 target.

Circularity: AMP's beverage cans are made with an average recycled content of 78% recycled aluminium, among the highest in the industry, based on peer disclosures.
- Waste and Water: 83% of facilities achieved Zero Waste to Landfill; water withdrawal intensity improved 5% over the previous year.
