Further to the announcement made by Third Point Investors Limited (the “Company”) on 4 September 2025, and following the Company’s announcement on 19 September 2025, the Company has redeemed 4,376,750 Ordinary Shares and the total number of Company shares in issue is 28,416,764. As a consequence, the percent of voting rights held by the parties controlled by Third Point LLC crossed above 25%. Additionally, the percentage of voting rights held by Third Point Advisors II L.L.C. crossed above 20%.
