November 19-22 , Cavallino will take over the iconicLe Cirque , bringing Italian flavors and emotions to the global stage with prix fixe and a la carte menus for lunch and dinner. Flavorful dishes in the Cavallino Icons tasting menu include legendary offerings such as the Crème Caramelal Parmigiano Reggiano , Vitello Tonnato, Scrigno di Tortellini, Filetto Purosangue, and Zuppa Inglese.
