Pentair Reports Strong Third Quarter 2025 Results

$1,022 million , up 3 percent compared to sales for the same period last year -
Operating income was
$232 million with ROS of 22.7 percent, an increase of 460 basis points compared to the prior year period; on an adjusted basis, ROS expanded 160 basis points to 25.7 percent -
GAAP EPS increased 33 percent to
$1.12 when compared to the prior year period and adjusted EPS rose 14 percent to$1.24 -
