SITE Centers Announces Tax Allocations of 2025 Dividend Distributions

BEACHWOOD, Ohio--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Jan. 20, 2026-- SITE Centers Corp. (NYSE: SITC) announced today the tax allocations of 2025 distributions on its common shares.

For shareholders of SITE Centers Corp. common shares, the Form 1099-DIV summarizes the allocation of 2025 distributions. The amounts indicated on Form 1099-DIV should be reported on shareholders’ 2025 federal income tax returns.
