National mortgage lender tops six of 10 customer experience categories

DALLAS--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Feb. 11, 2026-- PrimeLending®, a PlainsCapital Company, has been named the 2025 Best-in-Class Lender for Overall Satisfaction in the large independent lender segment by MortgageCX, earning the program’s top honor based on verified borrower feedback.

The MortgageCX Best-in-Class Lender Awards are based on nearly 40,000 post-closing satisfaction surveys from homebuyers nationwide and are widely regarded as an industry benchmark for measuring lender performance through direct consumer feedback.
