Total Voting Rights - Correction

The Company announces a correction to the Total Voting Rights figures used in its market announcements following completion of the 31 October 2025 Share Conversion.

The Company confirms that the 31 October 2025 Share Conversion was announced correctly at the time. However, the resulting share movements were not reflected in the Company’s internal records used to calculate Total Voting Rights for disclosure purposes following completion of that share conversion. This resulted in an overstatement of the Total Voting Rights figures used in subsequent market announcements, including those included in announcements relating to transactions in the Company’s own shares.

This has now been corrected.

In conformity with the FCA’s Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules (the “Rules”), the Company confirms that its correct issued share capital and total voting rights as at 31 January 2026 are as follows:

    --  311,782,673 GBP Ordinary Shares with 1.4710 voting rights per share
    --  23,745,919 USD Ordinary Shares with 0.7606 voting rights per share

The correct total number of voting rights in the Company as at 31 January 2026 is therefore:

476,693,458

The Company’s shares held in treasury as at 31 January 2026 remain unchanged and consist of:

    --  66,248,779 GBP Treasury Shares
    --  400,427 USD Treasury Shares

The above figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculation by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the Rules.
