Golf Entertainment Group Inc. Announces Upgrade to OTCQX Best Market

STAMFORD, Conn.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Feb. 19, 2026-- Golf Entertainment Group Inc. (OTC: GLFE) (the “Company”), a leading owner and operator of golf-related leisure and entertainment businesses, today announced that its shares have been approved for trading on the OTCQX Best Market (“OTCQX”) effective as of the beginning of trading on February 19, 2026. OTCQX is operated by OTC Markets Group. Investors can find current financial disclosures and quotes for the Company on the OTC Markets’ website at www.otcmarkets.com.

The Company has upgraded to OTCQX from the OTCQB Venture Market.

No action is required by existing shareholders in connection with this upgrade.
