Appointment of Auditors – Approved

Each of the directors listed as nominees in the management information circular dated December 30, 2025 (“Circular”) were elected as directors of the Company until the next annual meeting of shareholders.

Shareholder Rights Plan Continuance, Amendment & Restatement – Approved

All Shareholders, without giving effect to any votes cast by a Control Person* (as defined in the Circular) and associates, affiliates and insiders of a Control Person

* The results exclude 62,331,849 variable voting shares held by Chatham Asset Management, LLC and certain investment funds or accounts for which Chatham LLC or its affiliates acts as investment advisor, sub-advisor or manager (“Chatham”). To the Company’s knowledge, other than Chatham, no person is a Control Person.

All Independent Shareholders (as defined in the Circular)

** To the Company’s knowledge, there are no non-Independent Shareholders. Therefore, no shares were excluded in the results.
