Ten Spire Global Satellites Arrive at Launch Site Ahead of Upcoming Launch
- Second launch of 2026 highlights manufacturing cadence and industrial scale of Spire’s vertically integrated satellite platform

The satellites will support a mix of customer missions, government and commercial data collection capabilities, and replenishment of Spire’s fully deployed constellation.

All ten of the satellites were designed, manufactured, integrated, and tested in-house at Spire’s manufacturing facility in
Eight of the satellites will support customer missions across RF data collection, cybersecurity-focused space capabilities, Internet of Things (IoT) connectivity, and remote sensing image data services. The launch will also include Spire’s seventh Optical Inter-Satellite Link (OISL) satellite, a further development for direct optical communication between satellites, as well as one constellation replenishment satellite.
