LOUISVILLE, Ky.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Mar. 30, 2026-- Humana Inc. (NYSE: HUM) will release its financial results for the first quarter 2026 (1Q26), as well as prepared management remarks (in PDF format), at 6:00 a.m. Eastern time on April 29, 2026. The company will host a live question-and-answer session at 8:00 a.m. Eastern time that morning to discuss its financial results for the quarter and earnings guidance for 2026.
