(“RAY·ALLEN”), a Chicago-based enterprise technology firm with over 21 years of service to MSPs/SPs, VARs, and Systems Integrators across the global IT channel, as well as Fortune 1000 organizations, today announced the completion of two simultaneous transactions: the acquisition of the enterprise platform technology and customer assets of Paratira Limited, and a minority strategic investment from Datatec plc (JSE: DTC / OTCQX: DTTLF), a $3.6B global ICT Operator with 40 years of operating history across more than 50 countries.

Datatec plc has made a minority equity investment in RAY·ALLEN, establishing a formal strategic partnership. Datatec is a global ICT Operator, not a financial investor. Their portfolio includes Logicalis International and Westcon-Comstor, which together represent significant global enterprise channel depth and a longstanding Cisco ecosystem partnership. RAY·ALLEN remains fully independently operated under its existing leadership.

The transaction expands the Nexa Platform Suite across two new capability paths. Path 1 delivers a Sales Enablement entry tier with a streamlined, lower lift onboarding experience and near-instant partner value. Path 2 introduces a Day 2 intelligence capability that converts MSP operational and observability data into real-time technical support insights, reducing resolution time and surfacing issues before they become incidents, launching with a Paratira-built LogicMonitor connector and a roadmap of additional platform integrations. Together, they make Nexa easier to start and more powerful to run on.
