MONTREAL , April 23, 2026 /CNW/ - Fiera Capital Corporation (TSX: FSZ) ("Fiera Capital" or the "Company"), a leading independent asset management firm, today announced its preliminary estimate of assets under management ("AUM")¹ of approximately $160.2 billion as at March 31, 2026, compared to $164.1 billion as at December 31, 2025.

Total AUM declined 2.4% in the quarter, largely reflecting significant equity market volatility in the month of March. As a result, total average AUM was down 1.9% from the prior quarter. 

Public Markets AUM, excluding sub-advised AUM, declined 2.2%. The decrease primarily reflects adverse market impact along with net outflows of approximately $800 million and approximately $650 million related to the wind down of the Company's Canadian Equity Small Cap Core strategy during the quarter.  Net outflows from sub-advised AUM were approximately $500 million in the quarter due to client rebalancings.

Private Markets AUM increased 0.9% reflecting positive market and foreign exchange impact and nominal net inflows.
