Marinomed Biotech AG herewith announces pursuant to Sec. 135 para. 1 of the Austrian Stock Exchange Act (BörseG), that due to the resolution for the capital increase of April 13, 2026, the total number of voting rights as at the end of April 2026 has increased to 1,998,979 voting rights, and the Company's new share capital amounts to EUR 1,998,979. The change of total voting rights has been effective since April 16, 2026.
