Oerlikon successfully placed CHF 200 million senior unsecured bonds
<p><span><span><org value="Swiss:OERL" idsrc="xmltag.org" >OC Oerlikon Corporation AG</org>, Pfäffikon ("Oerlikon") today announced the successful placement of a senior unsecured bonds: <money>CHF 200 million</money> due in <chron>May 2031</chron> (the "Bonds"). The proceeds of the Bonds will be used for general corporate purposes, including the repayment of outstanding debt. The Bonds has attracted broad investor demand.</span></span></p>

<p><span><span>The coupon has been set at 2.125% per annum for the Bonds, payable annually on <chron>May 29</chron> with the first coupon payable on <chron>May 29, 2027</chron>.</span></span></p>

<p><span><span>An application for the Bonds to be admitted for listing and trading on the SIX Swiss Exchange will be filed, with provisional trading expected to commence on or around <chron>May 27, 2026</chron>. Settlement date of the Bonds is expected on <chron>May 29, 2026</chron>.</span></span></p>
