("Hamilton ETFs") is pleased to announce the launch of two new YIELD MAXIMIZER™ ETFs: Hamilton Canadian Equity YIELD MAXIMIZER™ ETF (“CMAX”) and Hamilton International Equity YIELD MAXIMIZER™ ETF (“IMAX”; together, the “New ETFs”).

The investment objective of IMAX is to provide attractive monthly income, from a portfolio primarily exposed to international equities. To supplement distribution income earned on the portfolio holdings, mitigate risk and reduce volatility, IMAX will employ a covered call option writing program.

The New ETFs have each closed the offering of their initial units. Units of New ETFs will begin trading on Monday, May 11, 2026, on the Toronto Stock Exchange (“TSX”), under the ticker symbols noted above.
