Illinois American Water Highlights $290 Million of Infrastructure Investments Expected in 2026 During Infrastructure Week

- Technology and operational efficiency upgrades including automation, leak detection, and system monitoring

$6 million in a Wastewater Clarifier replacement inGranite City to modernize aging infrastructure and improve system performance -
$3.5 million in aBooster Tank installation inWoodridge to increase storage capacity and improve redundancy -
$2.5 million inLift Station improvements inHomer Glen to modernize aging infrastructure and improve the reliability of the wastewater system -
