Janus Henderson U.S. Real Estate ETF to Close

DENVER--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Jun. 5, 2026-- Janus Henderson Group plc (NYSE: JHG) today announced plans to close and liquidate the Janus Henderson U.S. Real Estate ETF (JRE) as a result of a standard review of the firm’s exchange-traded product line-up. Janus Henderson regularly reviews its range of products to ensure that the firm’s product offerings continue to best meet client expectations and needs.

Janus Henderson remains committed to real estate equities and offers US clients access to real estate equity vehicles managed by its property equities team, including the Janus Henderson Global Real Estate Fund. These options differ in objectives, fees, liquidity, volatility and tax features, which may impact performance and should be considered with a financial professional.

Subject to applicable law, JRE will no longer accept creation orders after the close of business on August 6, 2026. Trading in the Fund will be halted before the market opens on August 7, 2026. Proceeds from the liquidation are currently planned to be distributed on or about August 13, 2026.
