It divides its activities into three divisions: Global Markets, offering brokerage for domestic and international institutional clients on equities, fixed income, derivatives and exchange traded funds (ETFs), market making activities and advice on valuation of financial instruments; Investment Banking, providing an advisory platform dedicated to mergers and acquisitions, debt restructuring, equity and debt capital markets, as well as other strategic and corporate finance transactions, and Alternative Asset Management, providing traditional portfolio management services, as well as private debt and private equity portfolio management. All business divisions are supported by Research services on equity and debt.
