About the company

Getin Holding SA is a Poland-based financial holding. The Company invests in ventures on the markets of Central and Eastern Europe. It divides its services into four segments: Banking Services, Leasing Services, Financial Intermediation and Holding Services. The Company’s main activities are connected to the investment in and management of the Capital Group, while the remaining units of the group deal with retail banking, leasing, financial intermediation and insurance intermediation and other financial activities. Among the Company’s brands are Idea Bank Polska, Tax Care, Idea Expert, MW Trade, Idea Leasing, Carcade, Kuban Bank, Idea Bank Ukraine and Idea Bank Belarus. The Company is operational in Poland, Ukraine, Belarus and the Russian Federation. In October 18, 2013, it acquired 95.5% stake in Bialoruski Bank Malego Biznesu ZAO (Belarusian Bank for Small Business). In June 2014, it acquired a 96.066% stake in OAO Investisionnyi Doveritel'nyi Yevropeyskiy Aktsionernyi Bank.
