About the company

Yubico AB, formerly ACQ Bure AB, is a Sweden-based acquisition company, a so-called Special Purpose Acquisition Company (SPAC) established on the initiative of Bure Equity. ACQ's investment strategy is to identify and carry out an acquisition that can create value for shareholders over time. Potential target companies include unlisted, sustainable, Nordic companies operating in markets with potential or in niche markets where the target company has an established position. Once an acquisition is identified, a review process is to be initiated by the Stock Exchange and after approval, the acquired company becomes a new listed company on the Stock Exchange. Before an acquisition can be completed, ACQ's Board of Directors presents the acquisition to shareholders at a general meeting where a majority must approve the acquisition in order for it to be completed.
