Socfinasia SA is a Luxembourg-based holding company that invests in companies that are engaged, directly or indirectly, in the production of rubber and palm oil in Europe, South East Asia and Africa. The Company operates through three business segments: the palm wood business, rubber tree and other agricultural products. The Company has one wholly owned Luxembourg-based subsidiary, PNS LTD SA. It also holds majority stake in a Cambodia-based holding company Socfin KCD and Luxembourg-based company, Socfinde. It has also indirect subsidiaries, such as Cambodia-based Sethikula and Varanasi, and an Indonesia-based company, PT Socfindo. The Company is controlled by Socfin, formerly known as Socfinal.
