Hvidbjerg Bank A/S (the Bank) is a Denmark-based regional bank. The Bank is engaged in offering retail banking products and related financial services to both private and corporate customers in the West Jutland region of Denmark. The Bank's offering includes mortgages, loans, credit cards, life and non-life insurance, pension funds, investment services and financing services. It operates an Internet banking facility, Netbank. The Bank is active through its head office in Hvidbjerg, as well as local branches in Struer, Viborg and Holstebro. As of December 31, 2011, the Bank’s largest shareholders were Sparekassen Vendsyssel (10%) and Sparekassen Thy (10%). In December 2013, the Company divested shares in DLR-kredit.
