About the company

Bermas SA is a Romania-based company primarily engaged in the brewing industry. The Company is involved in the production and sale of beer, malt and by-products from brewing process. The Company’s product portfolio comprises three types of beer, including Suceava Clasic, with an alcohol content of 10.2%; Calimani Premium, with an alcohol content of 10.5%, and Bermas, with an alcohol content of 11.5%. Bermas SA distributes its products nationally, in the counties of Suceava, Botosani, Vaslui, Iasi and Neamt, among others. As of December 31, 2011, the Company’s shareholders included Asociatia Victoria Bermas, with a 30.87% stake in Bermas SA, and Asociatia Pas Bermas, with a 20.80% stake, among others.
