It operates through retail stores and a network of authorized dealers, Komputronik Partner, as well as runs an online shop and stores on a franchise basis. In addition, the Company is involved in the provision of other information technology (IT) services, such as customer-tailored business analysis tools and management support systems, including enterprise resource planning (ERM) and customer relationship management (CRM) solutions. It also sells equipment under its own brand names, including Geo PC brand for computers. On January 21, 2013, the Company established new subsidiary, Komputronik GmbH, Germany.
