(formerly CARPATIA MEAT Sp. z o.o.) engaged in production of canned meat, distribution of meat products and in financial services, such as transaction supervision, a 99.9%-owned DUET Sp. z o.o. engaged in, production, wholesale and retail trade of food products and beverages, storage and transporting services, as well as provision of loans and financial leasing, and 60%-owned NEWCO Sp. z o.o. that is owner of the social lending type online platform and a provider of management and information technology (IT) consulting services as well as advertising services.
