Agroton Public Ltd is a Cyprus-based holding Company active in eastern Ukraine. The Company is a diversified agriculture producer, focusing on grain growing, livestock farming and food processing. It is structured in three integrated segments: Grain and Oil-bearing Crops Growing Operations, focusing on sunflowers, rape and wheat, Livestock Farming Operations, engaged in production of broiler meat, pork, beef and milk, and Food Processing Operations, focused on production of baked goods, cheese and pasta products. The Company operates through one direct wholly owned subsidiary, LLC LIVING, Ukraine, and eight indirectly wholly owned subsidiaries, as well as three majority owned subsidiaries and one affiliate. On January 23, 2012, the Company acquired whole stake in Gefest LLC and Tais-Abb PE.
