The a2 Milk Company Limited is a dairy nutritionals company. The principal activity of the Company is the sale of branded products in targeted markets made with milk naturally containing A2-type protein. Its China and Other Asia segment sells China label and English label infant milk formula (IMF), plain and fortified milk powders, liquid milk and other nutritional products in offline stores and domestic and cross-border e-commerce channels. Its Australia and New Zealand segment includes sales of English label IMF, plain and fortified milk powders for children, adults and pregnant women through reseller and retail channels, and production and sales of liquid milk across retail channels in Australia and New Zealand. Its North America segment includes sales of liquid milk and IMF in the United States of America and liquid milk in Canada. Its Mataura Valley Milk segment includes production of nutritional and ingredients products for a2MC and other external customers in overseas markets.
