Its pipeline includes NXP001, NXP002 and NXP004. NXP001 is a form of the drug aprepitant that is marketed as a product in the oncology supportive care setting. NXP002 is its pre-clinical lead asset and a potential inhaled treatment for idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis. NXP004 is a form of Olaparib, which is used for the treatment of adults with advanced ovarian cancer and deleterious or suspected deleterious germline BRCA mutation and has since secured similar approvals in breast, pancreatic and prostate cancers.
