Grainger plc is a provider of private rental homes. The Company develops, owns and operates rental homes across the country. It owns over 9,000 private rental, predominantly build-to-rent (BTR), homes across the United Kingdom, with a further 4,730 in its pipeline. Its portfolio offers a mix of apartment buildings to suburban housing, all in great locations and leased at mid-market rents. It owns and manages approximately 1,472 regulated tenancy homes across the United Kingdom. Its segments include private rented sector (PRS) and Reversionary. The PRS segment includes stabilized PRS assets as well as PRS under construction due to direct development and forward funding arrangements, both for wholly owned assets and the Group’s interest in joint ventures and associates as relevant. The Reversionary segment includes regulated tenancies, as well as CHARM. It also offers the MyGrainger App, which helps to connect with neighbors, join clubs, find about events in building and the community.
