About the company

One REIT, Inc. is a closed-end real estate investment trust (REIT) company. It aims to achieve sustainable growth in asset and stable earnings from mid- to long-term perspectives. The Fund mainly invests in real estate and the trusts whose real estate is the main trust property in Tokyo economic zone and local government-designated cities. Its property portfolio includes ONEST Kanda Square, CP10 Building, Hachioji SIA Building and Central Shin-Osaka Building. The asset manager of the Fund is Mizuho REIT Management Co., Ltd..
