Its property portfolio mainly includes NT Building, Higashi Ikebukuro Central Place, Omiya NSD Building, Nagoya Center Plaza Building, Amare Tokaido, J City Hatchobori, Dormy Inn Matsuyama and Hotel Sunshine Utsunomiya. The asset manager of the Fund is Takara PAG Real Estate Advisory Ltd.
