Hospital Corporation of China Ltd is a company principally engaged in operation and management of hospitals, provision of management services, supply chain services and other ancillary services to certain hospitals and sale of pharmaceutical products. The Company, along with its subsidiaries, operates its businesses through three segments. General hospital services segment is mainly engaged in hospital services including outpatient and inpatient services. Hospital management services segment is mainly involved in the provision of comprehensive management services including operation management services, supply chain services and other ancillary services. Sale of pharmaceutical products segment is mainly involved in sale of pharmaceutical products by the Company’s retail pharmacy. The Company mainly conducts its businesses in the domestic market.
