Major Drilling Group International Inc. is a Canada-based provider of specialized drilling services in the metals and mining industry. The Company’s drilling services include reverse circulation, surface and underground coring, directional, sonic, geotechnical, environmental, water-well, coal-bed methane, shallow gas, underground percussive/longhole, and surface drill and blast, along with the ongoing development and evolution of its suite of data and technology-driven innovation services. Its mineral drilling services are classified into specialized drilling, conventional drilling, and underground drilling. The Company has two categories of customers: junior exploration companies and a diversified portfolio of senior/intermediate companies, for which the Company provides greenfield exploration drilling and/or drilling at operating mines. It maintains field operations and offices in North America, South America, Asia, Africa and Europe.
