About the company

GreenRoc Strategic Materials Plc is engaged in developing mining projects in Greenland. The Company’s mining portfolio is comprised of graphite, ilmenite and iron ore deposits and base metal prospects in Greenland. The Company has 100% ownership of two mineral projects, which include Amitsoq Graphite Project and Thule Black Sands Ilmenite Project. Its flagship Amitsoq Graphite Project, is located in the Nanortalik region of southern Greenland and has a combined measured, indicated and inferred JORC Resource of 23.05 million tons (Mt) at an average grade of 20.41% graphite, giving a total graphite content of 4.71 Mt. Its Thule Black Sands Ilmenite Project include exploration license MEL 2017-29, which is located in north-west Greenland, approximately 80 kilometers (km) south of the regional settlement of Qaanaaq. The Thule Black Sands Ilmenite Project has an initial mineral resource of 19Mt at 43.6% total heavy minerals with an in-situ ilmenite grade of 8.9%.
