Sierra Madre Gold and Silver Ltd. is a mineral extraction and exploration company. The Company holds a 100% interest in the Guitarra silver-gold mine located in Mexico. The Company also has a 100% interest in the Tepic mineral property located in Mexico, which is in the exploration stage. The Guitarra silver-gold mine is located in the historic Temascaltepec mining district in the municipalities of Temascaltepec, San Simon de Guerrero and Valle de Bravo, Estado de Mexico, Mexico. The Tepic project is located approximately 27 kilometers south-southeast of the city of Tepic, the capital of the State of Nayarit, Mexico. The project consists of five mining concessions totaling approximately 2,612.5 hectares.
