Quebec Rare Earth Elements Corp. is a Canada-based mining exploration and development company, which is focused on Rare Earth Elements (REE), primarily in the favorable mining jurisdiction of Quebec. Its Carcajou Property is located 75 kilometers (km) NW of the town of St-Felicien, Saguenay area, Quebec, which lies on the western shores of Lac St-Jean. Its Lynx Property is located over 15 km north of Dolbeau-Mistassini and 90 km northwest of Saguenay, Quebec. It has approximately 45 claims covering 2,543 hectares. It is also located over 65 km SE of the Carcajou Property. Its Caribou property is located east of the Company’s Saguenay Area projects, in the North Shore region of Quebec, 120km north of the town of Sept-Isles. The Caribou Project is located approximately 40km west of the Kwyjibo REE Deposit. It also holds an option agreement of Moose REE Project, an over 7km diameter circular magnetic anomaly.
