About the company

DOWA Holdings Co Ltd is a Japan-based company mainly engaged in the recycling and metal processing business. The Company operates five business segments. The Environment and Recycling segment is engaged in waste disposal, soil remediation, resource recycling, and logistics. The Smelting segment is engaged in the manufacture and sale of gold, silver, copper, lead, zinc, zinc alloys, indium, platinum. The Electronic Materials segment manufactures and sells high-purity metal materials, compound semiconductor wafers, conductive materials, battery materials, magnetic materials, and reduced iron powder. The Metal Processing segment manufactures and sells copper, brass, and copper alloy products. The Heat Treatment segment is engaged in heat treatment and surface treatment of metal materials for automotive parts, and manufacture, sales, maintenance of heat treatment processing equipment. The Company also operates real estate leasing, construction, management, and technical support services.
