Its segments include Marine Offshore Support Services segment, which is engaged in vessel repair, offshore rig and supply base services and crew management; Chartering and Towage segment, which is engaged in the chartering of ships, barges and boats with crew; Equipment Rental segment, which includes sale, rent and lease of industrial machinery, equipment, and spare parts; Sale of Goods segment, which is a value added logistic and supply chain providers, and Vessels Sales and Newbuild segment, which is engaged in trading of vessels. The Company’s subsidiary is Kim Heng Offshore & Marine Pte Ltd (KHOM).
