Ops Ecom SpA is an Italy-based company, which operates in the field of television (TV) broadcasting. The Company divides its activity into four business lines: Ibox Digital, which serves as the digital core of the group; Ibox Distribution, which is dedicated to online distribution and manages stocks of the group’s client brands; Giglio Media, which produces multimedia content on approximately 130 digital platforms on a world scale, and M-Three Satcom, which is an Italian market supplier of services and solutions for the radio and TV broadcasting. The group is also present in China on a number of televisions and Web platforms with its content entirely dedicated to the Italian lifestyle. It operates with such brands as Music Box, Yacht & Sail, Play me, Acqua and the global network Nautical Channel, active in the nautical field. It operates through subsidiaries, such as M-Three SatCom Srl and Giglio USA for the purpose of overseeing the group's business in North America.
