The In-house Products segment mainly manufactures and sells information and communication equipment racks, general-purpose electronic equipment cases and chassis in the electronic equipment business. At the other hand, the bicycle parking business is involved in the planning and development, design, manufacture, sale and installation, maintenance and management of bicycle parking products such as bicycle parking racks. The Rental Real Estate segment rents out stores and other facilities.
