About the company

Aterian PLC is an exploration and development company with a diversified African portfolio of critical metals projects. It seeks to acquire and develop new critical metal resources. It holds a portfolio of multiple copper-silver and base metal projects in the Kingdom of Morocco, with a total area of 897 square kilometers (km2). It holds seven mineral prospecting licenses for copper-silver in the Kalahari Copperbelt and three for lithium brine exploration in the Makgadikgadi Pans region. The total license area in Botswana is 4,486 km2. Its other projects include The Agdz Project; The AKKA Project; The Azrar Project; The Jafra Project; The Jebilet Est Project; The Tata Project; The West Tazalaght Project; The Zaer Project; The Sua Pan Project; The Musasa Project, and others. The Tata Project is located in the western Anti-Atlas Mountains, 30 kilometers south of its Azrar copper-silver project. The Zaer Project is located in the Central Moroccan Hercynian Massif of the Central Meseta.
