About the company

HAV Group ASA is a Norway-based international provider of technology and services for maritime and marine industries. The Company is engaged in developing technological and commercial solutions for its customers within the segments of seafood, energy and transport. HAV is the parent company and majority owner of the shares in various subsidiaries operating within engineering, ship design and equipment. The Company consists of the four subsidiaries HAV Design AS (delivers ship design), HAV Hydrogen AS (has developed a hydrogen system that enables even larger ships to sail greater distances emission free), Norwegian Electric Systems AS (has smart control systems and energy designs that result in safe, efficient and environmentally friendly ships) and Norwegian Greentech AS (delivers water treatment systems and water treatment systems for the aquaculture industry). The Company’s purpose is to assist the subsidiaries with strategic management, finance, logistics, marketing.
