Horseshoe Metals Limited is an Australia-based copper and gold focused company. The Company has a package of tenements covering approximately 500 square kilometers (km2) in the Peak Hill Mineral Field, located north of Meekatharra in Western Australia, and mineral interests in South Australia. Its projects include Horseshoe Lights Project and the Kumarina Project in Western Australia, and the Glenloth Gold Project in South Australia. The Horseshoe Lights Copper-Gold Project comprises a package of tenements in the Bryah Basin of Western Australia approximately 800 km north-northeast of Perth and 140km north of Meekatharra. The project includes an open pit of the Horseshoe Lights copper-gold mine. The Kumarina Project consists of a mining lease and mining lease application covering approximately 3.2 km2. The Glenloth Project is located in the Central Gawler Craton of South Australia and consists of a single exploration license, EL 6301, which comprises two areas totaling 107 km2.
