TRU Precious Metals Corp. is a Canada-based company. The Company is exploring gold and copper in the highly prospective Central Newfoundland Gold Belt. The Company’s flagship project is the Golden Rose Project, a regional-scale 297.50 square kilometers (km2) land package in Central Western Newfoundland which straddles a 45-kilometer (km) strike length along the gold deposit-bearing Cape Ray-Valentine Lake Shear Zone, directly between Calibre Mining’s Valentine Gold Project and AuMEGA Metals’ Cape Ray Gold Project. Golden Rose covers an underexplored land package and is transected by the Valentine Lake structural corridor, hosting over 45 km of prospective strike length for gold and copper mineralization.
