Japan Securities Finance Co Ltd is a Japan-based company mainly engaged in the securities finance, trust banking, and real estate leasing businesses. The Company operates three segments. The Securities Finance segment lends money or securities to financial instruments traders, individual investors, and institutional investors through lending transactions, general loans, bond lending, and stock lending. It also operates as a registered financial institution for securities management and government bond repurchase agreement transactions. The Trust Banking segment provides banking services such as trust and lending of securities. The Real Estate Leasing segment mainly rents and manages real estate owned by the group. The Company also provides information processing services.
