Along with its subsidiaries, the Company operate its business through five segments. The Securities Broking Service segment offers securities broking services through the online trading system. In addition, the segment also provides placing services and ancillary services including settlement services, account servicing, corporate-action-related services and other miscellaneous services. The Financing Service segment offers margin financing and short-term initial public offering (IPO) financing services. The Asset Management Service segment offers asset management services on a discretionary account basis. The Financial Advisory Service segment provides services such as advice on mergers and acquisitions transactions and independent financial advisory services to listed companies. The Insurance Consultancy Service segment provides insurance consultancy services.
