About the company

Sinyi Realty Inc is a Taiwan-based company mainly engaged in the real estate brokerage business and real estate development business. The real estate brokerage business is engaged in the real estate brokerage agency and real estate sales agency business, real estate intermediary brokerage and agency sales business, and performance guarantee and leasing management businesses. The services include the sale and leasing of second-hand residential houses, offices, factories, land, parking spaces and other products, as well as the agency sales of pre-sale houses, unsold houses, and individual new houses. The real estate development business is engaged in real estate development, residential construction and rental and sales business. The products developed and constructed are mainly general residential buildings and some commercial and office floors. The Company is also engaged in tourism business. The Company operates business in Taiwan, mainland China and Japan markets.
