Amaroq Ltd. is an independent mine development company focused on Greenland’s mineral potential. The Company is engaged in exploring and developing licenses for gold and other strategic minerals in the area. Its flagship asset is the 100%-owned Nalunaq Gold Mine, which is located approximately 30 kilometers (km) northeast of Nanortalik. Its Nanoq Project is located in Southeast Greenland, along the Nanortalik Gold Belt. The Company has a 100% interest in the Black Angel zinc- lead-silver project in West Greenland. The Company has a portfolio of strategic metal licenses across South Greenland, including advanced exploration projects at Stendalen (copper-nickel sulfides) and within the Sava Belt, where the Company is exploring copper, nickel, rare earth elements and other critical minerals. Its Vagar Ridge gold project covers the majority of the Niaqornaarsuk Peninsula as well as the immediate surroundings of the Nalunaq Gold Mine. It also holds the Kangerluarsuk licenses.
