Auto-Hall Anciens Ets G Veyre SA is a Morocco-based car dealer and provider of industrial and agricultural equipment. The Company distributes cars and commercial vehicles of such brands as Ford, Fiat and Mitsubishi Motors, as well as construction and agricultural machinery, such as tractors, harvesters, engines and power generators, under New Holland, Case and other brands. As of December 31, 2011, Auto Hall SA operated through subsidiaries, including Diamond Motors, providing Mitsubishi Motors vehicles; Scama, engaged in the importation and trading of Ford vehicles; Somma, specialized in the importation and trading of agricultural equipment, Leader Location LD, engaged in long duration renting of vehicles and Soberma, engaged in the importation, trading and maintenance of construction machinery, among others. In March 4, 2013, it announced that it has decided to set up new branches in Morocco in: Rabat, Meknes and Oujda.
